Welcome!

I've added a blog to the main CTF site, so that no matter where I'm at, I can post updates. This will also allow readers a format to immediately respond to events. If you want to submit essays for permanent posting, you can of course still do that at the regular Submissions Page at considerthefuture.com. I hope you enjoy the site, and I look forward to hearing your views.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:

1. Posts featuring derogatory remarks or personal attacks towards members will be met with a swift boot in the ass and a really sad and disappointed frown from the Editor who otherwise loves everyone. Swearing is permissible, goddammit.

2. Given the highly volatile and passionate nature of politics, religion and innumerable social issues, we ask that you show respect for opposing points of view. Agreement is not required, but once positions have been entrenched and repeated attempts at persuasion have failed, please move on. Beating a dead horse is both pointless and chaps many a person's ass.

3. Personal opinion, questions and information sharing are invited and encouraged. Broad and sweeping generalizations are not. Those participating here love intelligent, well-considered discourse, and the better your research and presentation, the better the thread will be. Remember to try to cite your sources when stating facts; we will all be so much happier to listen if you link us to a legitimate, credible source when you make your claims.
